Breach of Trust
                                                                         I write to bring to your immediate notice that the 'Trust' I had, in Toyota as a reliable Brand has been tarnished & broken to the Core.

I purchased Etios Liva on 22/July/2013.

Since we've been taught to clean the vehicle ourselves,
so as to examine the health of the automobile periodically.
Within the second month of purchase while cleaning her last week
I noticed that

'Rust' has began to surface on both the front doors at their base !

Same process has started below the bonnet near the opening lid as well.

Another major issue brought up to the dealership at the time of Delivery
is the 'Roughness' over the bonnet, as well as all over the vehicle body shell. 

I shall let you know that I’ve had the fortune of owning Automobiles ranging
from the humble Maruti 800,Hyundai Santro to the supreme SUV Mahindra Scorpio.
All are 'Leagues' ahead in terms of Paint quality & have held themselves very well over 'decades'.

This to me seems a clear case of a "Repainted" "Furbished" vehicle along with lack of Craftsmanship.
Even the door lever had Paint Protection film still on.

If Toyota is trying to convince me that this is the equivalent of my hard earned money;
well i strongly condemn & refuse to except this creep stuff.

No amount of persuasion & argument is going to satisfy my Anguish.

Furious & Livid with all this;
I wish to return the 'Dubious' vehicle to the Dealership.

I DEMAND ALL MY MONEY BACK.
